It takes a bit of cranking to refill the system if fuel has leaked back some.

It shouldn't be the case since you recently had the car running well, but I second the idea of cracking the injector nuts open if it doesn't start after another minute of cranking.

This will also give you a chance to inspect the injector wells for random events or failures.
