Check the O ring on the prefilter? Pull main filter and fill with fuel? Crack an injector line and see if fuel is getting to the injectors? No fuel line should need to be filling up if you have cranked the crap out of it. They should be full by now. Actually main fuel filter should also be full by now as well.
Edit. Wait. I just reread and saw that it started 5 days ago. Was this after you did O rings and crush washers in the IP? If so then maybe the no start comes from the anti-theft which I think this generation of car has? Something with overhead lights flashing inside? My '95 does not have this.
