Regardless of having orings replaced in the placed, air in the fuel supply system is still the primary candidate to inspect first. Very simple- using a small flashlight, backlight the clear hoses when the engine is running. rev the engine a little while doing this. look for air.


at 288k miles, injectors should probably be replaced on principle if thought to be original, I agree.
