Some years back while doing the bi-annual rate shopping I tried Progressive. They couldn't get the european VIN to come up on the 240D and so wouldn't insure it. I passed on getting quotes for the other vehicles. Who's paying for all those expensive ads we're bombarded with 24/7? One guess......
