Main problem is #11 fuse keeps blowing.
Secondary problem is illumination lighting for my power window switches and outside temp display does not come on.
When I removed the instrument cluster, the a/c blower turns on when I turn the key to the on position even if the "0" button is depressed and theres no way to turn it off.
