Salmon fat - what there is of it,is the good type- omega 3. As long as its not a fukashima salmon., or a commercial farm one. Commercial Salmon sucks, that is not natural salmon fat, its molested by humans.

im talking about the white blobs that the typical texas jackass - who likes "marbled brisket". If the like to leave plenty of fat~rind on it because "that's what gives it flavor", you might search a thread about basket weaving bacon on top of the meatloaf pic.......
