really the perfect cow is extinct,these breeds we have now are not healthy period.Wild meats,buffaloe,deers,ect..,and goat, and mutton,are better choices.Corn fed anything is not good,and corn syrup is in everything now.Even chickens are being fed chicken parts,and blood.I'am lucky,and buy my meats from local growers,who free range their animals.White sugar is deadly too,I buy raw sugar at wal mart now.
