As a last resort, a consideration could be U-Ship. Very likely more costly than traditional carriers, but an option nonetheless. I've used their services twice - once for a very old, very HEAVY wooden and brass bedroom set, and again for a large amount of solar panels. The individuals doing the actual transporting gave info on how to real-time GPS track them while in-transit. Being a technology geek, this was cool as hell :-) Good luck.
