Anyone ever have a bad reaction to evaporator cleaning foam?

I cleaned my evaporator about 6 weeks ago with AC safe foam cleaner. The label said that the product contained no CFCs or solvents so I figured that it would be safe to use it in my ventilation system. Shortly after using the cleaner, I would feel dizzy and out of it if I drove in the car for more than 10 minutes with the blower motor running either AC or fresh air. For the past 3 weeks everything has been fine, but today the dizziness came back after running the AC for only 10 minutes. I'm starting to wonder if whatever chemical I'm having a reaction to is buried so deep into the dirt in that evaporator that I might have this issue pop up once in a while.

Is there a safe solution that I can apply with a soft scrub brush to clean that evaporator? I'm willing to remove the passenger seat so that I can lay on my back and do a thorough job. Thanks
