car will run fine then act as though its got a clogged fuel filter, hesitating and not willing to go over 30 mph.it does not die.if i shut it off it will run fine again. i changed filter,no change.its has also begun to be diffiucltt to start,as though the accumulator is bad.im thinking maybe fuel pumps.car has 115k .


any ideas
