Good Day All!

I parked my car last night and came out to a puddle under the rear diff this morning. It appears to be located more on the passenger side. If I look, every once in a while, I see a drip of oil.

It does not really smell. I changed the rear diff fluids about 1.5 years ago.

Any ideas on what is leaking? Could it be the seals between the axle and the rear diff? If so, anyone have a part name/number? Lastly, anyone have a procedure?
