I always look forward to my 25k mile ATF bath. It seems like no matter how many times I've done it (and it's been many), I always spill way more than I anticipated even with the most careful prep. Still, nothing is quite as satisfying as getting the old stuff out and seeing it still bright red, finding no junk/metallic flakes in the pan, and bolting up a new filter knowing it'll be good for another 25k.
