so it is basically the same to swap an existing auto to a five speed as it would be to make a 4 speed a five speed?

I mean all the same parts have to come off and go back on right, just the small work of adding pedal assembly and cutting the brake fluid res........

There is a "Local " Guy who has a 300td with a four speed right?? hows that setup? that would be my only turbo car atm and I guess I could part out the euro 240d once finished.

Thoughts on a turbo w123 wagon 5speed conversion?
