Two issues started at the same time? Loose transmission yoke nut possible on this model or already checked? Just a wild guess as I know absolutely nothing about these transmissions. I would also post this problem in the general Mercedes gas cars forum. Based on the same drive system would probably be found in the gas cars and some Mercedes working mechanics may frequent that area of the forum. It may be a problem that is far from unknown.
