Pull start? Do I need a tow truck for that? I have a pickup truck...
You may very well have a block heater installed (most did) but you don't have the electrical cable to go with it. Worth looking into, and I think NAPA sells the cable for about $20 or so, vs. over $70 from the dealer.

Owner's manual recommends using a vehicle that has a tow bar, (i.e. a tow truck), but I'll bet that your pickup truck would do the trick, as long as you and the other driver are careful. Key in position 2, shifter in neutral, pull the car up to about 18 mph, drop shifter all the way down to S and depress the accelerator pedal. If the engine doesn't fire within a few seconds, back to N and let it rest "for some time" before making another attempt. Once it starts immediately go back to neutral and let it idle for a couple minutes.
