The pods are different. The -03-75 is smaller diameter and you cannot swap the internal parts to the -02-75 housing. To fix the -02-75 pod, which is NLA, you have to buy a replacement diaphragm from George Murphy at Performance Analysis Co, he sells them and they fit perfectly. You have to call or email to order, his website does not allow ordering online:

Ask for part number ACD-2010. Last year they were $6 each plus S&H.

Click here for a detailed thread on the 124 vacuum pod testing /replacement. While you have the dash off, replace both the main air flap dual-chamber pods with new (DO NOT rebuild the large-lift portion of dual-chamber pods!) and also the -03-75 diverter flap pod. The footwell and defrost pods can be done without removing the dash, so those are optional if desired.

This is correct for the diverter flap pod, -03-75. instead of trying to change the entire -03-75 pod (which is a pain, due to the three round metal retaining clips) you take both old & new apart and swap internal bits, putting the new rubber diaphragm into the old housing, which remains clipped in place on top of the box.
