I have a 83 300sd.Im tird of it puking oil on my drive and ruining my front brakes. Can i eliminate the oil cooler lines and cooler and cap the fittings on the side of the oil filter housing? i use it for a light commute,drive 28 miles and it sets for 5 days then comes back.
