I pulled the push valve and found a small crack in the o-ring. After replacing the o-ring with an ill-fitting SAE spec one from my harbor freight o-kit, the car now holds enough pressure to easily restart after 15 minutes. I'll have to get an exact fit o-ring, but it looks like I found the culprit!
