I have been using the computer at the library a lot and don't have access to pictures or the service manual.
The Fuel Pressure Relief Overflow Valve is built into the banjo bolt that is on the engine side of the Fuel Injection Pump housing and that banjo bolt attaches the fuel return line to the Fuel Injection Pump.
There is a pic of the plastic part in the fuel pressure relief/overflow valve in the below thread.
