I don't know this car specifically but covers can be part of a bumper assembly or just a cover. In any event, they are designed to be quickly installed so it you are taking a bunch of parts off look at it closer.

Look at the frame rails / rear area for mounting points.

Many times the bumper ends / ears have a slot and a pin in the body so you might not have to take anything apart on that end.
