Sugar Bear - right on - i just replaced the front calipers on this vehicle a couple weeks ago :-/

I'll check the bearing. In my 10 years of W123 ownership I've never had to replace one. I'll post pics. I happen to have a fancy FLIR camera from work so I'll take IR photos as well.
