Off with the entire hub assembly. Then separate the hub from the rotor.

Looks like there are bolts coming in from the back side holding it together. You should see them when you pull the hub off.

Top tip: once you get the hub/rotor off bolt back onto the wheel and tire. Gives you the leaverage to get the other boots out. Big breaker bar!
