On the 1984 300DT, I have the upper mounting bolt installed but I am having a difficult time getting the bottom mounting bolt to thread into the back of the mount. I've tried tapping on the bolt to try and seat it and rocking the alternator itself gently to try and get the bolt to go. Any ideas?
