So I have found a used 2014 E250 Bluetec, I am curious if anyone has worked on these yet?

Topside oil extraction? Any pictures under the engine cover? Fuel filter change?

I also noticed there was a dipstick tube looking thing on the left side of the engine compartment with a red cap on it...near the firewall...is that tranny related? Or engine oil extraction?

Pictures would be appreciated if anyone has any.
