I could not find Lemforder W123 LCA bushings from any vendor. I did however find them for a W126! What is the difficulty in installing them? Seems they came on some W123s from the factory per your previous posts. I have a hydraulic press if that will help.

How are the bushing indexed? They look symmetrical in the pictures.
