Better yet, go to a good upholstery shop and have them build you a new one. Probably a lot less expensive than a Benz replacement. I had my headliner done by one of the two good shops in my area. Perfect color match also. Found out that there are fabric suppliers that specialize in Mercedes. Give it a shot.
