Some good news at last, followed the screw driver approach seen in the video - stopped straight away, repeated several times just to hear the silence, music to my ears lol

It can't have done more than 200 miles since fitting, original receipt found too (June 16).

It's a Meyle part, going to cross reference with my OEM numbers to make sure correct one fitted.

Also checking WIS for correct installation although have fitted several in the past without any issues.
