Some OVPs are held in place with a #2 screw instead of a bolt. In any event, replace it with a bolt for future ease of access.

I suggest you remove the drain channel above it so you can get a clear view of what you are up against. To do this, first gently pry up the lower black rubber weather trim at the bottom of the windshield, next remove the 2 #2 phillips screws, then pull forward the white retaining tab (if present) from under the channel towards the center of the car, then pull the rubber strip trim running along the channel, and finally pull the channel up and out of the way. Replace in reverse order, making sure that the channel drain fits in the drain tube at the fender.
