Hey Y'all,

Such a knowledgeable group I would think that someone could kinda help get me started on trying to figure out how to get this washing machine fixed. DIY style.

It's a whirlpool gold from maybe like 10-15 years ago. It's been great. Only broke one other time. It had stopped spinning. Called a guy to fix it. Took home like twenty minutes. Cost me like $120 bucks. Guy said that it was the last of the easily repairable machines. Great! But I'm not really wanting to go down that road again.

This time it's not working quite right again. It goes through all the cycle fine. But the agitation is weak. The center spiral thingy is not really moving. Kinda tries to turn but no so much.

I'm totally inexperienced with the inner workings. Starting to look online and whatnot for some info. Hoping that I can get a part or whatever and get this thing washing again.

Anybody got any words of wisdom for me?
