W123, the rear side pillar inside trim panel the seat belt goes through .

I need to learn how to remove it without breaking it ~ I've tried several ways on junkers in the ready to crush row and i always seem to break it where the single solitary clip that holds it in place connects .

I'm sure someone here knows ? .
