No, none of the wagons I have have the third row seat. If could find a blue one for a good price, be sorely tempted to just for the fact so weird. Plus, those times when I had to haul four people (they didn't even put the seat up, just all sat on the cargo floor like preschool children, with Ember enjoying the company).
