My car is doing the exact same thing right now, i've concluded that it was my struts, mine are worn twice over. I'm just raising money to get 4 new sport struts/shocks. Have you ever had your struts changed? How many miles are on your car?
A remedy is to spray some WD40 down the strut shaft, very short term tho.
