Settled on the Bilstein B4 HD's. Ordered yesterday and should be here sometime next week. I won't get a chance to install them until close to Christmas, or after depending on available free time, but will report back with initial impressions once they're installed. I was wavering towards the "Comfort" shocks, but warded off by the consensus that they're TOO soft, so hopefully made the right decision.
