One learns something new everyday around here. I would not have thought the seats from a TD would interchange with a sedan. It's easy, of course, to see how the front seats would interchange. It is the back that is surprising.

Tom, before you pulled the engine and transmission, did you ensure that the vibration was not from the transmission/flywheel/engine combination or had he solved the vibration problem? The vibration was significant, maybe even severe.

He stopped having anything to do with me a few years ago, wouldn't even talk about cars, so I never heard if there was a resolution to the vibration problem.
