I don't remember if you ever described your drive train but one of the pictures shows a flex disc. If you've moved your engine/transmission 2" off center I think that you might be exceeding the alignment angle spec for those....they can only tolerate a tiny amount.
It also looks like you're using a straight rear axle which would definitely be a problem for flex discs.
