With an assistant to press on the pedal, follow the throttle linkage forward to the right front of the intake manifold/plenum. The throttle body and the throttle arm are somewhat obscured below the water fittings and the warm up regulator, but with a flashlight you should be able to observe movement of the throttle arm as your assistant presses and releases the pedal.
