We got off the phone and I sent him a text asking why he didnt tell me about that when I asked what was wrong with the car and what else was wrong with the car....he didn't write back but did call me.
When you're buying a 15 year old Mercedes, seat modules should be the least of your concerns. Engine, transmission and climate control would be my primary focus. Unless you have multiple drivers, wouldn't you leave the seat in the same position anyway? If you did have to move it, just plug it in for a minute. And looking up the NADA price, it shows $5,500 with those miles.

If you get a PPI, you won't have to believe a thing he says. Generally I wouldn't believe anything a seller on CL says anyway, be it a dealer or private listing.
