I watched these auctions and have yet to see a single M998 sell for under $10k unless it's got piles of parts missing. Anything worth having is usually $11k and up. Add $1.5k fees + sales tax and then expect a rebuild of something or another before it's running. Army does not get rid of these unless there is something wrong with them that they consider not worth fixing.
