My '98 wagon has java leather and black buckle shells. One was broken so to took one from the pick-n-pull. They snap together once so I had to break the clips on one side and glue it back together. If the glue fails I can use black tape.

If the 124 is like the 210, one pair of buckles is siamesed so it's easy to swap the pair. The other buckle is paired with the center belt so it's more parts.
