I don't know if a w123 rear differential will fit but ive got a free one from a 240d. I think it was an automatic. if you want I can box. there is a 240d 4 speed in this junkyard I pass. the car is super nice. just had a bad ignition switch if you like I can try and get their number for you. im in Raleigh nc
