I finally finished my engine, it was a lot of work.
Just to give information to someone need to do the same.
Engine run very well, no smoke, strting like dream in 1 sec cold and also hot.
Good performance and no smoke at all.
Just to give information i had head rebulded in workshop.
- Monark injectors settled to 145 Bar
- new timing chain and pads
- new rings like OM
- cylinder where 0.005 mm ovalization but i honed with cross patch grid 240
- new hydr lifters
The only things it is a little clak clak from 600 rpm to 1200 rpm after run like dream.
I made test with injectors but noise is from pistons they probably are a little worn but i was in limit specific MB.
I hope it will help somebody in future project.
