If you ordered the correct Bosch plugs, they'll be pre-gapped from the factory. Make sure to use some good copper-based anti-seize compound on them, aluminum heads are unforgiving of dry plugs.

Check the cap and rotor. M103 are pretty hard on those parts. Basically, I'd start with a tuneup and progress from there.

Oil pressure sender is a common failure, and your symptoms match it exactly. Easy fix, and pretty cheap too.
