This car was clearly done properly for both the suspension and the body work. I would have guessed a sticker price of 300-400k from what I saw. There are alot of details I noticed that indicated a complete conversion of the car rather than someone just sticking a bunch of aftermarket pieces on. Even the non-car relate details made me think it was for real, older guy driving with very good looking/younger female passenger. There is plenty of money in the area and stuff like this pops up now and then.
