Found the answer from a good samaritan on eBay .

This might help someone because no info was available when I was looking. The 1st 2 pictures are the plug and how to slide out the retainer that holds the numbered pins. The following 2 pictures show the correct order of wiring which should be same for all W220 from 2000 to 2006. Last picture shows Left Fusebox (Driverside) and location of the red 10 Amp fuse for Climate Control (#23). The pictures really helped me out today and I was able to get the a/c unit running and finally got front and rear defog and not a sec too soon. It's already raining like mad and windy too. After repinning to correct order the a/c unit didnt turn on. Fuse 23 was blown from connecting a/c plug with wrong pins previously. After changing fuse 23 in fusebox .... A/C working again. Good Luck !
