On one car, I found what appeared to be threadlock on the nut. It was VERY difficult to remove the ALDA, had to use wrenches all the way out... could not break free with wrenches and then spin off with fingers. Cleaned the threads while it was apart and it spun back on easily, but was miserable to remove... sorry yours is stuck...
