Lorinser, who bought Mosselman, offers superchargers for the new SOHC 3-valve/twin-plug engines, but I have been told they do not offer anything for the M119 DOHC V8's or the V12. Before Lorinser bought Mosselman, Mosselman tried to do some prototype forced induction kits for 400E/500E's. They were never able to make it work without either hacking the car to death, having massive lag, or both. I knew an individual who had the "donor" V8. According to him there was not enough clearance on top of the engine for a supercharger and not enough clearance between the engine/frame rails for a turbo. A centrifugal supercharger to up front was also dropped but I don't know all the specifics. Just about anything can be done for enough money, but it seems there is no practical way to use forced induction on a W124 V8. W129's seem to be just as tight a squeeze so don't count on anything there. If this "SL900K" was anything, I would guess a SL500 (SOHC variant) with a blower, some exhaust work, various small goodies, and BS badging. More likely it was someone who bought cosmetic bits and had more "bark" than "bite".
