I looked around for something to hold the drill bit on center to start the hole. Some of my sockets have a smaller hole through the center and I found one to fit a drill bit. I shimmed the socket in the hole with paper and the socket held the drill bit on center to drill a pilot hole. Drilled to size and tapped.

Worked good, Jeep sounds great, better than ever.
