Bought this car today. It idles rough. Glovebox paperwork showed an estimate for "rough idle" referring to a "weak cylinder". Suspect this means a ring job. However, from my "gasoline days" it sounds like it could be a vacuum leak. Any ideas?

Also, the heater & AC controls don't work, period. The blower doesn't even turn on when I press the controls. I checked the fuse, and it's fine. Is there a relay that controls the blower motor?
