I have seen these diagrams.
these are not for the late m104 engine in the W124. it shows the EZL
also it doesn't show the connections under the power brake booster
there is good pic shown under how to "brake boost replacement" but again doesn't show exactly what i have in my car.
you had mentioned the white tube was the flaps, not sure about that??
however the green/yellow one is for air conditioning.

if you have access to mercedes WIS service manual this dwg# is the final version of 104.92 engine in 95 "GF07.51-P-0001-01DA" shows all the vacuum lines for the HFM-SFI engine. but not the connections under the brake booster
If your car from cold delays upshifting then you have the right connections?
