Everything was going along just great until I removed one of the manifold bolts and on the way up clipped a piece of the injector rail with the top of my socket that looks like some type of pressure valve. I've included a picture of what I damaged. Is this something that I can replace separately, or do I have to replace the entire rail. Any ideas what this will cost new?

Also, once I'm ready to move the injectors and rail to the new manifold, what's the process for removing and installing the injectors?

Thanks
